Essex Physical Therapy offers weekly Yoga on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from September through April. Please Note: from May to September we activate our Summer Schedule
offering weekly Yoga on Mondays and Saturdays only.
Our classes are available to all skill levels, and all are welcome to join. We also offer five and ten session packages at a discounted rate. Click any of the links below to register for an upcoming class of your choice and/or purchase a five or ten session pass. Look forward to seeing you there!

Yoga is best practiced frequently. We encourage you to make a commitment to your health by purchasing a Yoga Class Package at a discounted rate. Your package can be redeemed for any of our offered classes. Click the links below to purchase a Yoga Class Package. Once you have purchased your Yoga Class Package you can then register for any of the classes using your package credits. Feel free to

Through these classes we will work on skills such as core strengthening, proper body alignment, natural flowing movement, efficient breathing, and a mind-body connection. Gain strength, flexibility, balance and breath in classes that are designed to be modified to your needs. Both modifications and challenges will be offered throughout. Yoga is critical in helping us stay injury free by improving muscle balance, flexibility, and core strength. One-on-one sessions are also available.
This class is a whole-body workout that is designed to build a stronger core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility. The movements can be as slow or as fast as you would like to meet your fitness goals. The class will be taught using proper alignment cues to ensure throughout the movements. Using the Tabata method, we move to up-beat pumping music. The class is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury. The increased heart rate continues to burn calories and build neuropathways hours after the work out is done.
Our Yoga and HIIT classes welcome any age (TEENS WELCOME), ability or level. Classes are held in the Essex PT Meadows location next to CVS. We meet around the pool deck where the room is heated to 88 degrees. Plan to dress in cool comfortable clorthing. Please enter through the side pool door of the Essex PT Building. Don't forget to bring along a bottle of water and hand towel. There are yoga mats, blocks, and straps available for your use or feel free to bring your own.
